Meet Diane Fraietta

16 years in payment processing solutions. A lifetime in this community. Now working entirely for you.

A middle-aged woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, wearing a white button-down shirt, standing in a modern office environment with blurred plant in the background.

A Familiar Face. A Trusted Name.

I've been part of this community for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Bradenton, built my career here, and raised my family here. When I work with a business owner, I'm not looking at a name in a database — I'm talking to a neighbor, a fellow business owner, someone I might see at church or at a local event. That kind of connection matters to me, and it shapes the way I do business.

I spent 16 years in merchant services and banking — most of that time helping businesses navigate payment processing, understand their options, and make decisions that were actually right for them. I've worked with businesses of all sizes and across many industries, and I've seen firsthand what a difference it makes when someone takes the time to truly understand how a business operates before recommending a solution.

Starting Fraietta Financial Group was a decision I didn't take lightly. But after 16 years, I knew there was a better way to serve the people I work with — one that puts their needs first, without the constraints of a large institution. Being independent means I can take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and connect business owners with solutions that genuinely fit. I'm backed by the resources and infrastructure of one of the nation's leading business financial platforms, so my clients get the best of both worlds — a trusted partner with the reach and capability of a national organization.

Serving Business Owners Across the Region and Beyond

Independent Advisor. Local Presence. National Reach.

Trusted. Faith-Driven. Focused on You.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: that people deserve to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. My faith shapes how I show up for the people I work with — not as a transaction, but as a relationship. I take seriously the responsibility of being someone my clients can trust, and I measure success not just by outcomes, but by whether the people I serve feel heard and supported along the way.
